Fee Policy:
Mountain Lakes Behavioral Healthcare has an established fee schedule
for all services provided. Everyone receiving services provided
by Mountain Lakes Behavioral Healthcare will be charged fees in
accordance with this schedule. Medicaid, Medicare, and most commercial
insurance plans will pay. If a person does not have any form of
insurance coverage, the client will be charged. Discounts are available,
based on the client’s ability to pay. Proof of income would
be required. No one will be denied services based on their inability
to pay. |
